The head office of Bank is situated in its own building. It is fully equipped with modern facilities and up-to-date technology considering the requirements of current times.
Since last 4 years Bank is working on C.B.S. to provide the facilities of S.M.S. Alert, N.E.F.T./R.T.G .S,IMPS,BBPS,Mobile Banking to the members and customers. The City Centre branch located at Head office provides the facility of A.T.M. एवं E-Lobby . E-Lobby includes Cheque Deposit Machine, Cash Deposit Machine and Passbook Printing Machine. The Mal road Murar branch and Shinde ki Chhawani Branch provides the facility of A.T.M., while Naya Bazar branch is equipped with Cash Deposit Machine, A.T.M..
Currently the Bank is issuing personalised cheque books to all account holders.
• Account view facility is being provided under Internet Banking on its website www.nsbgwalior.com.
The bank has introduced mobile banking facility for its account holders.
Currently there are six branches of the bank. It is a matter of pride to all of us that on the basis of number of branches, the bank is at top in Madhya Pradesh, while on the basis of total business it is on number two position in the state.
